Welcome to the LEA's area for accessing Reading First data reports. This area will give you access to all the Reading First-related data reports for your district that the California Technical Assistance Center has access to. In 2008, EDS is collecting student-level data, including subgroup identifiers, and will be sharing the data with us for calculation of RFAI and significant progress. We expect to have those reports online in early to mid September. The reports available here are for 2006-07 and earlier. NOTE: reports with a title date of "2007," for example, refer to the 2006-07 school year since these reports are all based on end-of-year data, the year of the report is after the term being evaluated. We'll keep putting update notices here to keep you informed about what's happening. We have yet to receive an estimated delivery date for end-of-year assessment data from EDS. UPDATED: 8/21/08

Status Updates (most recent at top)
- 10/28/08—updated with latest submissions/corrections.
- 10/20/08—updated reports with latest data submissions; began preparing significant progress reports.
- 10/09/08—updates to school grade ranges and status based on LEA feedback. Updates to state means and ranges per changes in school grades. Very few still missing.
- Weightings fix—applied to grade 3 end-of-year fluency. The original weightings produced slightly inflated RFAIs. The correct weighting was applied 10/08/08, causing all original RFAIs to drop slightly. No need to reprint or re-send reports already submitted for IER.
- State means and ranges—added to district summary reports 10/08/08. NOTE: since a small amount of data is still missing, the means and ranges could change slightly.
- EOY update 10/07/08—imported today. RFAI reports and missing data report reflect new data.
- School reports are online as of 10/2/08.
- Initial district summary reports are online now. Select your district below. (9/29/08)
- EOY data arrived at the Reading Lions Center on Friday, 9/26/08.
